As an interesting detail we have to say that, unlike Firefox versions 3.6.2 and Firefox 3.6.3, the main objective of 3.6.4 is not address new security problems.

With release 3.6.4, Mozilla plan to change its strategy to the model Lorentz , with plans to offer continuous updates on the operating system 3.6.x without having to worry about compatibility of add-ons.

Analysts say the most important part of the new Firefox 3.6.4 is its stability, something confirmed to discover that the most significant update to the browser becomes resistant to virtually any type of crash.

The director of Firefox, Mike Beltzner, said this version of Firefox provide uninterrupted navigation for users of Windows and Linux when there are problems in plugins Adobe Flash, Apple Quicktime or Microsoft Silverlight.

It seems that if any problems are found in those plugins, Firefox will continue to work and users will have the opportunity to submit a report before reloading the page to load again.
